This course enables participants to communicate messages effectively to meet audience needs and deliver desired objectives. The workshop focuses primarily on the importance and impact of eye contact, gestures, movement and voice. Informative and persuasive message formats are covered as well as speaking on video.

Both sessions must be attended.
Participants will need to fill out a self-assessment before the class as well as bring a charged cell phone with enough memory for short video recordings.
